We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Paypal Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon validation of your order. Your Payment information is not store on our system for your protection.

Money Orders, Cashier’s, Company & Personal Checks
Contact us at 1-877-797-9583 if you wish to pay with a personal check or company check and we can accomodate you. Orders will be processed upon receipt of payment - please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds for personal and company checks. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Order Acceptance Policy
Our receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Tamarinda reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or where there is suspicion of fraudulent internet transations.
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders, and to personalize your shopping experience.
Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Tamarinda site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
Returns or Refunds
Defective products: Tamarinda will gladly accept the return of unopened products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 14 days of receiving your order, and Tamarinda will cover the cost of the return shipment in such cases.
Fulfillment errors: Should a fulfillment mistake occurs and your recieve incorrect product(s), Tamarinda must be within 14 days from the receipt of the purchase. Tamarinda will reimburse customers for the shipping return and/or will correct the order at our expense.
For all other returns: Tamarinda will refund the purchase price, less the original shipping cost (i.e.. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs of the return shipment).
Exchanges: customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of products and for shipment costs of exchanged/replacement products.
Items damaged in transit: All Tamarinda shipments carry USPS insurance covereage. If you Tamarinda order arrived damaged from the carrier (USPS), customers must notify Tamarinda immediately in order to rectify. All original packaging should be retained and if possible, customers should take a photo of the damaged packaging and items.
U.S. Shipping policy
Tamarinda ships exclusively within the United States (including Puerto Rico and other territories) using USPS as our carrier.
Flat rate pricing: Tamarinda's USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping charge of $5.95 is applicable to any size order. Whether your order is for 1 bar of glycerin soap or 100, $5.95 is all you pay! 99% of our orders will ship USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for fast delivery and economical price. Orders under 14 oz. will ship USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.
Processing Time: Most orders received before 1:00PM CST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are often processed and shipped on Saturday, Sunday and USPS Holidays, although this is not guaranteed. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours of processing time for custom-made soap loaf orders.
Delivery times: Tamarinda cannot guarantee when an order will arrive due to inclement weather, carrier issues or other concerns outside of our control. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Tamarinda or the US Post Office as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Order not received: All orders are insured against loss or damage. If your Tamarinda order arrived damaged from the carrier (USPS), customers must notify Tamarinda immediately in order to rectify. All original packaging should be retained and if possible, customers should take a photo of the damaged packaging and items.
Tamarinda shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Tamarinda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Tamarinda shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account (or other payment method) in the amount of the incorrect price
